Requirements

*Successfully completed studies in business informatics / industrial engineering or Training in information technology or in the commercial sector

*Good knowledge in the following areas:
1) Operating systems: Microsoft Windows

2) Database systems: SQL Server Oracle

3) Report generation software: Crystal Reports

*Business and IT knowhow

*Ability to analyze and conceptualize business processes against the background of business contexts

*Structured systematic and logical way of working

*Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills

*Ideally several years of professional experience in the desired field of activity

*Very good written and spoken German (C1) and English skills

Tasks & Responsibilities

*Support and administration of commercial software in the company with a focus on ERP system and production control system in particular Carrying out functional tests importing updates error analyses system adaptations user administration report administration reporting interface monitoring etc.

*Analyzing designing and implementing new technical requirements in cooperation with the with the specialist departments

*Supervision support and qualification of users in the company

*Creation and maintenance of process descriptions system documentation and training documents

*Management of external IT service providers
