Auditor - Medical Facilities Cruise Ships

We are seeking an experienced auditor to conduct audits of medical facilities onboard cruise ships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare auditing and compliance with specific experience auditing medical facilities in a maritime environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive audits of medical facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards company policies and industry best practices.
• Review medical records equipment and procedures to assess quality of care and adherence to safety protocols.
• Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with onboard medical staff management and relevant stakeholders to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
• Document audit findings prepare reports and communicate results to management and regulatory authorities as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in healthcare administration nursing or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g. Certified Professional Healthcare Quality) preferred.
• Proven experience in healthcare auditing with a focus on medical facilities and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with maritime regulations and standards related to onboard medical facilities preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to travel and work onboard cruise ships as needed.
