We are a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka and looking for an Assistant Manager Finance & Accounting for one of the largest financial services companies in Sri Lanka. This role involves assisting in the preparation of financial statements managing accounts payable and receivable and conducting financial analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills attention to detail and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Requirements
- 7 years of experience in accounting and Finance with a sound understanding of the AP function.
- A full professional qualification in accounting (CAACCACIMA).
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Proven leadership skillswith the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Leading and optimizing the Accounts Payable (AP) functionensuring efficient and timely processing of invoices.
- Championing process improvement initiativesstreamlining workflows and fostering culture of continuous improvement.
- Building strong relationships with intenal and extenal stakeholdersand delivering exceptional service.
- Motivating and monitoring a team of professionalsfostering a colloaborative and highperforming environment.
