The Role: Millwork Draftsperson/Engineer

Are you ready to dive headfirst into a world of creativity and precision As our Millwork Draftsperson/Engineer you'll be the mastermind behind bringing our clients' visions to life.

Here's what you'll be up to:

• Sketching drafting and crafting shop drawings that'll make our clients' jaws drop.
• Teaming up with our Sales Estimating and Project Management rockstars to ensure we're all on the same page (literally!).
• Rolling with the punches and updating drawings like a pro based on feedback and field measurements.
• Going on a hardware and appliance scavenger hunt to find the perfect pieces for our projects.
• Putting your programming prowess to work and unleashing the magic of CNC machines.
• Spotting special challenges and tackling them headon with your creative superpowers.
• Juggling multiple projects like a circus pro and hitting those deadlines out of the park.
• Wrapping it all up with some neat As Built Drawings for the record books.

Qualifications:

Now let's talk about what you bring to the table:

• You've got at least 5 years of AutoCAD wizardry under your belt and you're not afraid to show it off.
• Microvellum Yep you've dabbled in that too and you're not afraid to dive in headfirst.
• You speak the language of cabinets and millwork like a native and you're always uptodate on the latest AWI standards.
• Architectural drawings They're your bread and butter and you can read them with your eyes closed (though we don't recommend it!).
• You're not just here to punch the clock—you're driven creative and ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into the nittygritty.
