Business Analyst with CPR Experience

CPR to Caretend migration WellSky

Need proven expertise of CPR and Caretend WellSky product

The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert and play business analyst role to support the development and implementation of WellSkys Caretend for CarepathRx and its partner pharmacies. This role will lead developing and documenting requirements/stories developing training materials and troubleshooting system configuration.

Provide support for the transition to the new CareTend pharmacy system including but not limited to documenting workflow creating templates/standard operating procedures and creation of training documents.

o Help in migration from CPR to Caretend

o Maximize technology to design and implement operational services to create efficiencies and to meet current regulations/standards.

o Provide ongoing oversight and provide problem resolution to strengthen the partner relations and experience through CPR and CareTend.

o Assure compliance with all federal and state regulations and accrediting bodies.

o Participate in policy and procedure review as needed.

o Provides project support to additional initiatives and other duties as assigned.

o Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Abilities

Excellent research and verbal/communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft office suite and sound knowledge of Scrum
