Our client is a growing B2B company looking for a young energetic and dedicated Digital Marketing Specialist. In your role as a Digital Marketing Specialist within the retention team your primary responsibility is to enhance the overall experience and satisfaction of all users.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop retention strategies/loyalty program to attract retain and expand user loyalty.
• Utilize data analytics tools to track user behaviour identify trends and develop datadriven retention strategies.
• Collect and analyse user feedback to identify areas for improvement and take proactive steps to address concerns.
• Ensure users are wellinformed on latest or new products launches.
• Proficient in budget management and formulating proposals for user retention initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma Bachelors Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing Mass Communication or Advertising/Media.
