Job summary:
Looking for a skilled and experienced HR Head to lead the HR function of our clients fabric manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. They will oversee all aspects of HR operations including talent acquisition employee relations performance management training and development compensation and benefits and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Head will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work culture enhancing employee engagement and supporting the organizations growth and success.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organizations overall goals and objectives.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process including sourcing candidates conducting interviews and making hiring decisions. Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the textile manufacturing industry.
Manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and grievance handling. Foster a positive work environment and promote open communication between management and employees.
Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance provide feedback and support employee development. Work with department heads to set performance goals and monitor progress.
Identify and introduce training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies. Encourage continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
Stay uptodate with labor laws regulations and industry trends. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to employment practices health and safety and labor relations.
Oversee HR administrative functions including payroll processing employee records management and HRIS maintenance. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement morale and satisfaction.
Organize employee events recognition programs and other activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
Prepare regular HR reports to track key metrics such as turnover rates recruitment effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:
MBA/MHRM with minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management preferably in the fabric manufacturing industry.
Indepth knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and regulations.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
Ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
Telugu speaking is must
Experience in handling unions
