Key responsibilities

• Performing surgical procedures under the supervision of experienced surgeons.
• Providing preoperative and postoperative care to surgical patients.
• Assessing and managing patients with surgical conditions in emergency situations.
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans.
• Supervising and mentoring junior medical staff and students.

Required qualifications

• MBBS degree and MS/DNB in General Surgery from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license to practice in Bhopal with a clear understanding of medical regulations and ethics.
• Minimum of 35 years of residency training in general surgery.
• Demonstrated expertise in various surgical procedures and techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient interaction and team collaboration.
• Ability to make critical decisions in highpressure surgical settings.
• Leadership qualities and experience in mentoring junior medical staff.
