Jira Administrator

• Expert level Atlassian tool administration knowledge on JIRA Confluence & Crowd (Server as well as Cloud models).
• Ability to write custom JQL (Jira Query Language).
• Ability to construct custom dashboards using various filter types in JIRA.
• Strong knowledge and familiarity with PostgreSQL
• Ability to construct Confluence pages and integrate JIRA projects with Confluence pages.
• Experience in performing various Atlassian product installations migrations and plugin installation.
• Crowd integration experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot applicationrelated problems both on console and server levels.
• Ability to create custom reports and dashboards in Eazybi Plugin.

• Knowledge of script runner
• Working experience with various Jira Plugins like EazyBI BigPicture Scriptrunner is preferred.
• Experience installing applications on VMs monitoring performance and tailing logs on Unix Systems Administration and Microsoft Windows Server preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic agile environment.
• Must have a strong work ethic with good time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowing MDX is preferable.
• Linux OS Administration (OS Patching disk cleanup & troubleshoot OSlevel issues).
• Knowledge on Zephyr Scale (Test Management tool).

• Configuration maintenance and administration of Atlassian products (Jira Confluence Crowd Server as well as Cloud)
• Evaluate and manage the usage of Atlassian addons to meet team and business needs
• Work with development and design teams to identify procedural efficiencies such as with Jira Workflows custom fields etc.
• Research and implement new approaches on Jira and Confluence usage
• Prompt issue resolution with JIRA Projects and Confluence in coordination with other admins partner teams and Atlassian premier support
• Analyze review and document current functionality to determine potential areas of improvement.
• Manage user permissions for tools according to the needs of projects and teams.
• Perform application and system administration tasks including data backups and scheduled jobs.
• Test new versions of the tools and plugins to ensure compatibility.
• Manage multiple responsibilities with tight deadlines.
• Perform Linux Administration on troubleshooting Jira & confluence & Crowd
• Crowd Administration capabilities.
