Elite Staffing Network is looking for an Occupational Health NP for a position in Whitakers NC.

• Are you vaccinated against COVID19 (yes)
• Have you had a PPD Skin Test with Negative results within the last 12 months Must have a copy of the results if you have not had the test or do not have a copy of the results please select NO. (yes)
• Have you been vaccinated against HepB or had a titers test drawn Must have proof of vaccination or titers test to select YES. (yes)
• Any of the following licenses/certifications:
  • Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • Valid American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
• Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license/certification in North Carolina (NC)
• Are you able to work the full schedule and dates listed in the job description (yes)
• Have you spoken with your Relode recruiter on the phone to go over the job details (yes)
• Masters degree or higher
• 2 years experience in any of the following:
  • Nurse Practitioner
  • Occupational Health
