We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Principal Full Stack Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be working remotely from Bengaluru andplay a key role in leading the design development and maintenance of our complex web applications using .NET technologies and Angular framework. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of software architecture design patterns and best practices with a proven track record of delivering highquality scalable and maintainable applications in a leadership role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of web applications using .NET technologies (C# ASP.NET Core Web API) and Angular framework ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product owners designers and other stakeholders to define project scope requirements and deliverables.
• Architect and implement scalable secure and performant solutions considering factors such as maintainability extensibility and testability.
• Review and approve code changes ensuring code quality performance and adherence to guidelines.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies tools and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the development team.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges providing strategic guidance and solutions to complex problems.
• Contribute to the development of technical roadmaps aligning with business objectives and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• 8 years of experience in full stack web development with a focus on .NET and Angular including 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Expertlevel proficiency in C# ASP.NET Core Web API and Angular (version 2 and above).
• Deep understanding of software architecture design patterns SOLID principles and microservices architecture.
• Strong experience with frontend technologies such as HTML5 CSS3 TypeScript and JavaScript as well as database technologies (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server PostgreSQL).
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex largescale web applications in an Agile environment.
• Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving skills with the ability to influence and motivate crossfunctional teams.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Microsoft Azure) DevOps practices and automated testing frameworks.
• Bonus: Contributions to opensource projects technical blogs or speaking engagements at industry conferences.
