Financial Services Operations Sr Team leader

- Collaborate with product managers to define and track key operational metrics and KPIs to measure the performance and effectiveness of our processes.
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains, and drive initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication across departments.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support operational needs and requirements.
- Monitor and manage operational risks and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to Vodafone Egypt’s and industry/regulatory standards and regulations.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the overall growth and success of the organization.
- Project Management accountability: Initiate, plan, execute and monitor projects in a timely manner. Deliver projects within the desired quality and budget.
