Responsibilities

• The Healthcare Consultant Subcontractor is responsible for the strategic execution of projects relationship management program design and implementation and organizational development for their assigned nonprofit accounts.
• Share expertise on industry trends to guide organizations through important decisions.
• Researching creating and implementing development strategies for the growth of the clients organization
• Support healthcare organizations with making longterm decisions developing strategic plans setting organizational goals and provide guidance on critical business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; advanced degree (i.e. MBA MPH MHA) in a related discipline prefered.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in working with nonprofits social services agencies or other healthcare organizations (e.g. clinics hospitals etc.).
• Resultsoriented experience using data as a management tool to ensure key performance metrics are achieved. Approach tasks with a sense of urgency creativity and flexibility.
• The ability to facilitate executive and senior level client meetings and drive conversations with internal leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks priorities deadlines and able to work both independently and collaboratively as a part of a team to meet clients needs.
