We are hiring a Senior Physiotherapist ICU / CardioRespiratory Care for a Private Hospital in Dublin Ireland. We will provide exceptional patient care in an environment where quality respect caring and compassion are at the center of all we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and administer the highest quality of service by identifying and implementing operational procedures in line with best practice standards
- To participate in the management of the Physiotherapy Service as a member of the Senior Physiotherapy Management team in cooperation with the Allied Therapy Manager.
- To lead by example a professional dedicated and punctual team.
- To encourage professional development of team members through promotion of selflearning formal courses and inservice training.
- To collect interpret and present data and information through audit of service activity and clinical standards.
Requirements
- Candidates must hold a degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent qualification
- Candidates must be registered with CORU
- Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years Physiotherapy experience. This must include significant ICU Cardiothoracic/General MedSurg wardbased experience including on call training.
- Experience and training in organisation and delivery of Outpatient Cardiac/Pulmonary Rehab on a 1:1 basis and in a group setting.
- Post Graduate education in Cardiorespiratory care / Advanced Practice or equivalent.
