Role Overview

As a YouTube Digital Marketing Assistant you will support the development and execution of the companys YouTube marketing strategies. Your main goal will be to increase the companys YouTube channels visibility engagement and subscriber count through innovative marketing tactics and thorough analysis of performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in digital marketing or social media management with specific experience in YouTube content management preferred.
• Strong understanding of YouTube analytics and SEO principles.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas for content and marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in video editing software is a plus.
• Ambition and ability to work under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and managing YouTube content calendars.
• Create YouTube videos with footage and audio provided and upload to relevant channels.
• Optimize YouTube video metadata (including titles descriptions tags) for SEO.
• Monitor and respond to comments on YouTube and other social media platforms.
• Analyze video performance metrics to identify trends and insights and report on these findings.
• Support the production team by coordinating schedules and resources for video shoots.
• Stay uptodate with YouTubes best practices and emerging trends.
• Collaborate with other team members to integrate YouTube activities with broader digital marketing campaigns.
• Utilize A.I. for content creation assistance.
