Key Responsibilities

1. Serve as the first point of contact for client travel inquiries understanding their needs budgets and preferences.

2. Provide expert advice on destinations accommodations transport options and activities to ensure a memorable travel experience.

3. Negotiate with vendors and service providers to secure the best rates and services.

4. Oversee the seamless coordination of transportation and accommodations managing all aspects from planning to execution.

5. Handle any travelrelated issues swiftly to maintain high customer satisfaction standards.

6. Stay ahead of travel trends and maintain a strong network in the industry to enhance service delivery.

What Were Looking For

1. Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management Travel Management Event Management or related fields.

2. Proven experience in travel or event management particularly within the MICE Leisure & FIT sectors.

3. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills fluent in English and Mandarin.

4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

5. A resultsdriven attitude focusing on maintaining highquality standards in every task.

6. Independent worker with a strong team spirit and work ethic.
