We are in search of a DOSM to head up our 5 star hospitality clients Sales and Marketing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging an international audience however a proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with the resorts objectives and market demand.
• Lead and inspire the sales and marketing team to achieve and exceed their targets.
• Establish strong relationships with industry partners travel agencies and corporate clients to drive business to the resort.
• Oversee the resorts digital marketing efforts including social media email marketing and online advertising to enhance online presence and engagement.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends opportunities and challenges and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the resort management team to develop packages promotions and events that appeal to our target markets.
• Manage the sales and marketing budget ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact and ROI.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry preferably in a luxury resort setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales and marketing goals.
• Excellent understanding of sales and marketing strategies digital marketing and revenue management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building and maintaining relationships.
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset to innovate and stay ahead of market trends.
