Job Title: Head Advocacy & Corporate Affairs

Location: Bhubaneswar Odisha

Key Accountabilities

1. Stakeholder mapping and engagement with key State Government departments as per the business.

2. Coordinate with Government agencies & industry bodies for resolution of key business issues and ease of doing business/ growth through engagement with key State Government & Statutory bodies.

3. Strengthening relationships and credibility through various means of communication with related stakeholders.

4. Representing Vedanta FACOR and proactively working with state chapters of key industry Associations and taking up the matters with the State Government

5. Analysis of regulatory changes and propose possible amendments on relevant laws & policies.

6. Responsible for obtaining new license to operate mine and statutory clearance such as PL ML CTO/CTE etc.

Qualification and Knowledge:

Bachelors or Masters degree with 1215 years of experience preferably in similar roles.

In depth knowledge on statutory laws and various government polices and their applicability.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills strategic mindset analytical approach.

Academic Criteria:

60% throughout in 10th 12th & Graduation and Postgraduation

Maximum 1 year of gap between either XII & Graduation or between Graduation & Post Graduation no other gap in regular course of studies is allowed.
