ON-CALL AUDIOVISUAL TECHNICIAN TIER II

Job Title: ONCALL AUDIO/VISUAL TECHNICIAN (TIER II)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Independently provide technical assistance and support for audio/visual equipment used in meetings presentations and events.

• Utilize your understanding of AV equipment and presentation software to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless operation.

• Assist with the setup operation and teardown of audio/visual equipment including projectors microphones speakers and video conferencing systems.

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on audio/visual equipment to maintain optimal performance.

• Collaborate with colleagues to coordinate AV setup and support for various events and meetings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of experience in audio/visual support or related field.

• Strong understanding of AV equipment and presentation software.

• Ability to work independently and solve technical issues efficiently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility to work oncall and during evenings or weekends as needed.
