Title: Oracle HCM Solution Architect

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field preferred.
• Extensive handson experience as an Oracle HCM consultant or architect boasting a track record of successful solution implementations.
• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud modules encompassing Core HR Talent Management Compensation Benefits Payroll and Time and Labor.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Middleware components relevant to HCM integration such as Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Knowledgeable about the Oracle HCM data model security model and configuration options.
• Wellversed in Oracle HCM implementation methodologies and best practices.
• Capable of crafting endtoend Oracle HCM solutions aligned with business requirements and organizational objectives.
• Skilled in architecting HCM integrations with other enterprise systems both onpremises and in the cloud.
• Familiarity with HCM data migration strategies and tools to ensure seamless transitions to Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong consulting prowess to engage with clients grasp their HCM needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaborative spirit able to work effectively with crossfunctional teams including business stakeholders project managers and technical experts.
• Analytical mindset adept at identifying intricate business challenges and devising innovative solutions.
• Robust problemsolving abilities to tackle technical issues and optimize HCM solution performance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of conveying technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Leadership qualities to guide architecture discussions mentor team members and steer projects towards success.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies industry trends and changes in the Oracle HCM landscape.
