Evolve Healthcare is seeking an Infection Control RN for a fulltime permanent role in Yuma AZ.

Compensation is $89815.90 to $115000 per year depending on experience. Relocation Assistance & Temporary Housing Available

Work Schedule: Primarily MondayFriday (8:00 AM 5:00 PM) Job Type: Fulltime Salaried

The Infection Preventionist develops and maintains written policies and procedures related to infection prevention which comply with regulatory agencies for the Yuma Regional Medical Center and outpatient settings. Performs infection prevention surveillance activities at YRMC and assists the healthcare team regarding proper care of infected patients including isolation procedures and works closely with Employee Health regarding programs for influenza vaccination and tuberculosis screening. The Infection Preventionist provides information education and recommendations to reduce and stop the spread of infection in patients clients visitors healthcare workers and in the community and reviews current standards and literature are understood and practiced to reduce costs at no increased risk to patients and clients.

Infection Preventionist Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree NursingRN
• Certification in Infection Prevention and Control
• 3 Years of Experience Infection Preventionist RN
