Location : Remote or Boise Idaho

Duration : Long Term Contract

1. Candidate must pass standard contractual requirements (as listed on the Compliance tab) as well as the ILETS Fingerprinting/Background Check to be able to begin work. Once contractor is selected CAI will provide guidance to obtain fingerprinting/background check. Results must be returned and cleared before candidate can begin work. Do you accept this requirement

• Fulltime professional work experience in the development and support of Information Technology applications.
• Client is implementing AASHTOWare Project Materials (AWP) and Construction Modules. We seek a team member to develop agency views within AWP .

• RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 6 or more yrs.
• EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTIONS: Successful completion of an Information Technology Certification program accredited college and/or graduate training may substitute for the required work experience.

Anticipated tasks will include refining a variety of Client construction data sets including construction materials laboratory and field test methods lab equipment acceptance criteria vendors sources and mix designs. Those data sets will be integrated with pay item acceptance requirements and reporting. The work will include programming clientspecific agency views in C# and Python along with ActiveReports (GrapeCity) and integrating API interfaces. Successful candidate will be integrated into an existing team with our AWP vendor and ITD construction materials staff. The developer will often work independently to develop AWP agency views based on existing client forms test methods and reports.

Candidates working remotely will be required to attend project meetings and workshops within core business hours (85 Mountain Time).

Candidates living outside the area will be encouraged to travel to Boise (at client expense) to participate in up to five workshops of fourday duration.

Successful candidates will be required to pass a background check including fingerprinting as they will access to secure state government systems.

Highly desired AASHTOWare Project Active Views experience

Required 6 Years C# programming experience.

Required 6 Years Python programming experience.

Required 6 Years API interface programming experience.

Required 6 Years AASHTOWare Project uses ActiveReports (GrapeCity) experience with this application is desired.
