Join Our Team: Seeking a Talented Project Engineer at Fractory

We are changing how manufacturing procurement works. You are probably used to ordering stuff online in just a couple of minutes. Now it is possible to do the same in manufacturing without waiting days to receive quotes.

Exciting Opportunity
As a Project Engineer you will be responsible for working with customer orders across an array of industries with a prime focus on sheet metal. You will combine your technical expertise with strong communication and project management skills to ensure project success from quote to delivery.
Your Challenges and Contributions
- Analyze customer specifications drawings and requirements to assess manufacturability and identify potential risks.
- Recommend optimal designs and materials for manufacturability costeffectiveness and quality.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes based on production costs timeline estimates quality and material procurement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align quotes with customer expectations and project constraints.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues throughout production minimizing delays and ensuring smooth execution.
- Participate or take the lead on the problemsolving process for troubled orders and effectively communicate with sales suppliers and customers to resolve issues.
- Work continually with our suppliers network to improve performance
- Manage communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Collaborate with your team to identify and implement improvements that continually refine our processes and workflows
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (e.g. Mechanical Manufacturing)
- 3 years of engineering and manufacturing experience
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g. Fusion 360 Solidworks Solid Edge Autocad)
- Experience in technical project management
- Skilled in root cause analysis and complex problemsolving
- Strong organizational skills for dynamic environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in international settings
- Effective multitasking and meeting deadlines with highquality results
