To Attend Preventive Corrective maintenance and improvement works if any as per schedule; ensure WEGs and related equipment are maintained in neat and tidy and technically acceptable conditions according to standard engineering practices

Ensuring safe working conditions of self and team all the time as per safety protocols of the company.

Keep uptodate with all operating/ maintenance manuals checklists service bulletins etc. applicable to the WEG and associated equipment carry out servicing activities as per the latest certified checklists manuals and service bulletins

Coordinate with Central control center to create outage for all planned /unplanned activities

Prompt documentation of the work done indicating consumption of spares/ consumables list further actions along with targeted completion dates.

Capable of reading drawing technical documents and understanding procedure.

Ensure that the work log entry is made by the coworkers also checking open work orders and taking necessary action to closed without delay

Report abnormalities on OH lines and take corrective action in consultation with the Site Manager inform Site manager of any abnormalities noticed that cannot be fixed immediately

Train newly recruited coworkers & subcontractors

Ensure safety and care of all tools tackles measuring instruments and spare parts in custody.

Comply with all HSE / ISO & all other statutory requirements.

Ensure the site office and SCADA room are maintained in good condition Monitor the performance of security personnel/ operators report noncompliances Assist in the subassembly of WEG components at the factory premises whenever required.

Check up and submit weekly line loss report / reactive power consumption report of all WTG every week Monday

Coordination with Site Manager store / MAXIMO entries PMS Accounts Shift change Technical Department Inter department & KPTCL

Monitoring Log Book of each WTG Machine & necessary precautions to be achieve 99% of machine availability

Identify repeated errors and take corrective actions Maintain tools and communication equipment.

Carry out Housekeeping (5s) activity of all control panels and each WTG as per schedule and levels agreed

Should have knowledge on Hydraulic system & can read Hydraulic oil flow digram.

Supervising and ensuring a safe working environment for the subcontractors who will be at site from time to time.

Need to prepare Daily Generation report & Insurance related documents for Business interruption & Material failure)

Having thorough knowledge of Microsoft tools

Supporting and being ready for all internal external audits legal audits CEIG inspections at windfarm from time to time.

Participating in RCA meetings and suggesting new ideas in problem solving to achieve the objectives.

Achieving objectives projected by Site head department head.

Prepare Monthly Quarterly & yearly turbine performance report MTTR & MTBF reports
