Fintech Product Owner

Overview

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs and market trends.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers designers and stakeholders to deliver highquality fintech products.
• Own the product roadmap ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and drive product innovation.
• Lead the product development process using Agile methodologies from concept to launch.
• Evaluate product performance and user feedback to iterate and enhance product features.
• Coordinate with sales marketing and customer support to drive product adoption and success.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product vision progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure product scalability security and compliance.
• Stay updated on fintech industry trends regulatory changes and technological advancements.

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner Product Manager or similar role in the fintech industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing endtoend product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
• Strong knowledge of fintech products services and technologies.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication presentation and negotiation skills.
• Project management certification (e.g. PMP Agile or Scrum) is a plus.
• Thorough understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the fintech industry.
