Responsibilities

1. Manage both front-end and back-end website applications and development
2. Ensure the best performance, quality and responsiveness of websites
3. Develop scalable backend applications with database interaction & APIs
4. Integrate software modules & third-party programs to develop a fully functional application
5. Work closely with overseas team on development & software testing
6. Maintain version control & release documentation
7. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proficient in LAMP/LNMP framework development skills
• Large-scale website project development experience is a plus
• Familiar with PHP implementation and principle
• Proficient in using MySQL database, MySQL index optimization, query optimization
• Familiar with following tools:

-Redis or Memcached for caching

-JavaScript/HTML/CSS Web and JavaScript framework

-Linux OS and Shell script

-nodejs/vue.js is highly preferable

Strong problem solving skills and team player

Effective communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology

2 year similar working experience
