- Develop and implement strategies to drive commercial excellence across the pharmaceutical business unit
- Lead the design and execution of sales and marketing initiatives to optimise revenue and market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of commercial activities
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in sales and marketing operations
- Provide leadership and guidance to sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Oversee the development and implementation of training programs to enhance sales and marketing capabilities
