Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities: aStrong troubleshooting skills with proven ability to analyze and determine root cause bExperience in ITIL processes: Incident Problem and Change Management cIn depth knowledge of ASE versions 155 through to 160 SP03 Replication Server versions 157 160 dExperience with AlwaysOn an advantage eStrong and proven experience in debugging both functional and performance issues at the database and OS layer fStrong SQL skills primarily TSQL gStrong experience with shell scripting

Technical Experience: a6 to 8 years of experience in Sybase ASE databasebased SAP applications with at least 1 to 2 years of experience in leading a midsized team bExpertise in managing Sybase Databases in SAP landscape with High Availability architectures on Linux cMust have worked on Sybase Replication server implementation dExpertise on core Sybase ASE database technical tasks like installation Migration Upgrade DR setup DR testing etc eExperience in Sybase Databases performance tuning for SAP system

Professional Attributes:aConfiguration planning installation upgrade of SAP Sybase servers bPerformance and general health / capacity monitoring cDo routine maintenance including database rebuilds/reindexing/expansion dTroubleshoot SAP Sybase server problems and assist in the resolution of application problems

Educational Qualification:Minimum 15 years of full time education
