MEDICAL DIRECTOR

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Medical Director to join our healthcare organization. The Medical Director will provide clinical leadership and oversight ensuring the delivery of highquality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical practice excellent leadership skills and a commitment to driving innovation and quality improvement.

Job Overview:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all medical services within the organization
• Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Provide guidance and support to clinical staff including physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in the recruitment training and performance evaluation of clinical staff
• Lead quality improvement efforts including the development of clinical protocols and guidelines
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care
• Represent the organization in professional forums and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Stay current with developments in healthcare policy technology and best practices

Requirements :

• Medical degree from an accredited university
• Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC)
• Membership in a relevant professional body
• Significant experience in clinical practice with a strong background in a relevant specialty
• Previous leadership experience ideally in a medical director or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to quality improvement and patient safety
• Postgraduate qualification in healthcare management or leadership
• Experience working in a senior leadership role within a healthcare organization
• Knowledge of healthcare policy and regulatory requirements in the UK
