Job Title: Specialist Doctor Drug Rehabilitation

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist Doctor in Drug Rehabilitation to be based in the UK. Specialist Doctor in Drug Rehabilitation will contribute to the mission of providing highquality care to individuals recovering from substance abuse. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in addiction medicine and a passion for helping patients achieve longterm recovery.

Job Overview:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with substance abuse disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans including detoxification protocols and medicationassisted therapies.
• Monitor patients progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families on addiction recovery and relapse prevention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records.
• Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
• Stay abreast of developments in the field of addiction medicine and participate in continuous professional development activities.
• Requirements :
  • Medical degree from a recognized institution.
  • Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) in the UK.
  • Specialist training in addiction medicine or relevant experience in drug rehabilitation.
  • Membership of relevant professional bodies such as the Federation of Drug and Alcohol Practitioners (FDAP) or the Royal College of Psychiatrists (MRCPsych) or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in the assessment and treatment of patients with substance abuse disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate patientcentered care.
