Concierge

We are looking to hire a Concierge for one of our client companies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a concierge or guest services role preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of local attractions dining options entertainment venues and transportation services in the area.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Impeccable organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software (e.g. Opera Fidelio) is preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities:

• Prompt and efficient handling of EPABX and the communication desk of the hotel.
• Guest recognition on the phone and meeting guest requests efficiently with the usage of standard phrases at all times.
• Handling guest complaints.
• Maintaining house directories to date basic checks on telephone equipment on a periodic basis.
• Coordinating with maintenance for telephonerelated complaints.
• Key role in fire alarm and emergency procedures in hotel
