Overview:

The Sales Coordinator plays a vital role in the sales team by providing administrative support managing customer inquiries and ensuring the smooth execution of sales activities. This position is essential in maintaining strong customer relationships and optimizing sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and organization of sales meetings events and presentations.
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone email and inperson.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to process orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry filing and generating reports.
  • Support the sales team with proposal and contract preparation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure accurate product knowledge and promotion of offerings.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and escalating complaints when necessary.
  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Assist with the coordination of sales campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales coordination skills.
  • Provide general support to the sales team as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Customer serviceoriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Understanding of sales techniques and processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fastpaced sales environment.
  • Knowledge of market research and lead generation methods.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the sales coordination role.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
