Fresher Assistant Orthopedic consultant

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist orthopedic consultants in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions.
• Collaborate with the medical team to create treatment plans for patients.
• Participate in surgical procedures and provide assistance as required.
• Conduct patient assessments and examinations under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Monitor patients progress and update medical records accordingly.
• Provide postoperative care and education to patients and their families.
• Assist in the implementation of orthopedic treatment protocols and procedures.
• Participate in research and contribute to academic activities within the department.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Medicine or related field.
• Completion of internship or residency program in orthopedics.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic procedures and treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new clinical practices.
• Empathy and compassion towards patients and their families.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
