Scrum Master

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the sprint planning daily standups sprint review and sprint retrospective meetings
• Coach the team on Agile principles and the Scrum framework
• Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments
• Protect the team from external disturbances and distractions
• Foster collaboration between the product owner development team and stakeholders
• Help the team assess and improve their processes and tools
• Assist in the development and delivery of highquality products
• Ensure the team maintains focus on the sprint goals and delivers value
• Track and communicate team progress and metrics
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning
• Facilitate decisionmaking and conflict resolution
• Support the product owner in managing the product backlog
• Facilitate selforganization within the team
• Guide and coach the team to become selfsufficient
• Engage with other Scrum Masters to share best practices and improve as a community

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• Certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
• Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master or similar Agile coaching role
• Thorough understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks particularly Scrum
• Strong facilitation and communication skills
• Ability to address and resolve conflicts
• Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking abilities
• Experience in guiding teams through Agile adoption and transformation
• Knowledge of software development processes and practices
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
• Indepth understanding of servantleadership principles
• Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA Trello or similar
• Commitment to continuous improvement and learning
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
