RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and improve relationships with customers key suppliers and partners.
• Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases.
• Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up.
• Educate and inform clients about the companys services and special offers.
• Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients expectations.
• Oversee client relationship management system.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 35 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience in managing crossfunctional teams.
• Experience in earlystage startup environments would be an advantage.
• Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground.
• Intelligent enthusiastic and selfmotivation driven.
• Demonstrates high ethical values.
