Core Responsibilities:

• Engage in the companys capital market operation projects such as mergers and acquisitions restructuring investment and financing stock option incentive plans and public offerings ensuring that the companys valuation level is justifiable.
• Oversee capital market information closely monitoring market regulatory policy shifts and industry trends conducting regular research analyses and suggesting pertinent improvements.
• Establish and update the companys financial model aiming to objectively predict its financial position.
• Manage investor relations materials and communications interfacing with various securities stakeholders including regulators investors intermediaries and media outlets.
• Contribute to recommend and implement the investor relations initiative strategy operational plan and budget.
• Supervise thirdparty investor relation vendors ensuring budget adherence.
• Lead investor relation analysts in evaluating and analyzing the companys and competitors financial performances.
• Design and refresh investor presentations.

Requirements:

• Willing to work at Pantai Indah Kapuk North Jakarta
• Bachelors Degree from a reputable University.
• 5 years of experience in toptier firms or global investment banks with roles in auditing IBD FA or senior investor relations in sizable listed companies.
• Experience in fundraising projects and regular communications with investors.
• Demonstrable skills in communicating with current/potential investors in both private fundraising scenarios and IPOs.
• Certification in international accounting or CFA is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Exceptionally organized with keen attention to detail and superior time management abilities.
• Fluency in Business English both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be a significant advantage.
