Job Description
Job Title Site Reliability Engineer
Location Bangalore/ Hyderabad
Experience 4 10 Years
Job Requirement:
1. Incident Management:
Lead incident management efforts coordinating with crossfunctional teams to resolve service disruptions and minimize impact on customers.
Establish incident response processes and procedures ensuring timely identification escalation and resolution of incidents.
2. Azure Services Management:
Utilize Azure DevOps for version control continuous integration and deployment of infrastructure and applications.
Manage Azure Web Apps Logic Apps and Azure Functions ensuring high availability scalability and performance.
3. Monitoring and Alerting:
Implement monitoring solutions to proactively detect and respond to system anomalies and performance issues.
Configure alerts and notifications to notify relevant stakeholders of critical events and incidents.
4. Infrastructure as Code:
Utilize infrastructure as code (IaC) principles to automate deployment and management of cloud resources using tools such as Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
5. Database Management:
Manage SQL databases in Azure including provisioning configuration and optimization for performance and reliability.
Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
6. Nice to Have Azure Services:
Explore and leverage additional Azure services such as Cosmos and Kusto for advanced data analytics and monitoring capabilities.
Continuously evaluate and implement new Azure services to improve reliability scalability and performance.
7. Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
Document incident response procedures infrastructure configurations and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate stakeholders on incident management processes and best practices.
