Key Responsibilities:

1. Statutory Audit:

   • Conduct thorough and accurate statutory audits of corporate clients in compliance with regulatory standards.
   • Ensure adherence to auditing procedures accounting principles and relevant legal requirements.
   • Analyze financial statements and provide valuable insights to clients for continuous improvement.

2. Preparation of Group Financials:

   • Prepare consolidated financial statements for group entities ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
   • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather necessary financial information for consolidation purposes.

3. GST and Compliance:

   • Conduct GST audits to verify compliance with GST regulations and identify areas for improvement.
   • Stay updated on changes in GST laws and regulations and ensure timely compliance for clients.
   • Provide expert advice on GSTrelated matters to clients and internal teams.

4. IT Audit Form 3CB/CD:

   • Perform IT audits in accordance with Form 3CB/CD requirements ensuring data integrity security and compliance.
   • Evaluate IT systems and controls identifying vulnerabilities and recommending corrective actions.
   • Stay abreast of technological advancements and their impact on audit processes.
