Roles & Responsibilities:
Audit and Compliance Management:
Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans to assess the effectiveness of quality
management systems process controls and compliance with regulatory standards.
Conduct internal audits to evaluate adherence to established procedures identify areas of
noncompliance and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
Coordinate external audits by regulatory agencies customers and thirdparty certification
bodies ensuring timely response to audit findings and implementation of corrective
measures.
Process Controls and Documentation:
Establish and maintain robust process controls to monitor key quality parameters
production processes and product specifications.
Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) work instructions and quality
manuals to ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Implement document control measures to manage versioning distribution and retention of
qualityrelated documents and records.
Auditing for Quality Assurance:
Manage and lead audits of suppliers vendors and subcontractors to evaluate their quality
management systems capabilities and compliance with contractual requirements.
Review and assess quality performance metrics trends and deviations to identify
opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address audit findings implement corrective
actions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Training and Development:
Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards audit procedures and
compliance requirements to enhance awareness and competency.
Foster a culture of accountability integrity and continuous learning within the quality
department and across the organization.
Regulatory Compliance:
Stay abreast of relevant industry regulations standards and guidelines applicable to textiles
manufacturing including but not limited to ISO OekoTex and other quality certifications.
Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety regulations promoting
sustainable practices and responsible manufacturing processes.
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and mentor the audit and compliance team providing strategic direction support and
performance feedback to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork innovation
and professional growth.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor degree in Textile Engineering Quality Management Industrial Engineering or a
related field. Master degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in audit and compliance management within the textiles
manufacturing industry with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of quality management principles audit methodologies and regulatory
requirements applicable to textiles manufacturing.
Proven experience in developing and implementing audit programs conducting audits and
managing audit findings to closure.
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact
effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Certification in quality auditing (e.g. CQA ISO Lead Auditor) is highly desirable.
