AGM Quality

Approval of Yarn Quality:
Evaluate and approve yarn based on physical properties quality parameters and
performance standards.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure adherence to quality specifications and resolve any
issues related to yarn quality.

Color Matching and Approval:
Oversee the approval process for dyed yarn color matching to meet design and customer
requirements.
Evaluate fabric color appearance design and hand feel to ensure consistency and quality
standards are met.
Work closely with production teams to address any deviations or discrepancies in color or
appearance.

Feasibility Analysis:
Conduct feasibility analysis of yarn dyed colorrelated issues based on fabric design
requirements.
Identify potential challenges or limitations in achieving desired color outcomes and propose
solutions or alternatives.

Team Management:
Lead and manage the yarn dyeing and fabric shade sorting quality team.
Provide guidance training and support to team members to enhance their skills and
performance.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within the department.

Quality Assurance:
Establish and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance
with industry standards and regulations.

Implement quality control measures at every stage of production to minimize defects and
ensure product integrity.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor quality performance and identify areas
for improvement.

Collaboration and Communication:
Liaise with crossfunctional teams including production design and supply chain to address
qualityrelated issues and drive continuous improvement.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to convey quality
standards expectations and requirements.

Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor degree in Textile Engineering Quality Management Industrial Engineering or a
related field. Master degree preferred.
Minimum of 1015 years of experience in quality control roles within the fabric
manufacturing industry with a highly complex environment.
Proven track record of successfully leading quality management initiatives implementing
QMS and driving continuous improvement.
Ability to handle ambiguity and adhoc requirements.
Indepth knowledge of yarn properties dyeing processes color management and fabric
quality standards.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate
and inspire team members.
Proven track record of driving quality improvement initiatives and achieving measurable
results.
Certification in quality management (e.g. Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing) is a plus.
