The Senior AI/ML Engineer will play a crucial role in designing developing and deploying advanced machine learning models and algorithms that drive innovation and strategic advantage. This position requires deep technical expertise a strong foundation in machine learning theory and handson experience in AIdriven project execution.

• Lead the design and development of scalable machine learning algorithms and models.
• Analyze large complex datasets to extract actionable insights and inform model development.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define problem statements gather requirements and deliver AI/ML driven solutions.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies within AI and machine learning to continually enhance our capabilities.
• Implement robust machine learning infrastructure that can be scaled and replicated across various projects.
• Conduct A/B tests and other performance evaluations to ensure the efficacy and impact of AI/ML models.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and team members on best practices in AI and ML.
• Document and present model development insights and progress to stakeholders and executive teams.
• Ensure all AI/ML projects adhere to regulatory and ethical standards.
• Optimize existing machine learning systems for better accuracy and efficiency.

• Advanced proficiency in machine learning algorithms and concepts
• Strong programming skills in Python R or Scala
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch Keras)
• Data manipulation and analysis with pandas NumPy or similar libraries
• Strong statistical analysis and mathematical skills
• Ability to manage largescale data sets
• Expertise in using cloud services (AWS GCP Azure) for ML deployment
• Experience in building and optimizing models for computer vision NLP or other AI subfields
• Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
