The Senior Analyst Real Estate Investment will play a pivotal role in our investment team focusing on market analysis property valuation and financial modeling. This position requires an experienced professional with a strong background in real estate markets and financial analysis who can effectively contribute to the development and execution of investment strategies.

• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify viable investment opportunities in the real estate sector.
• Develop sophisticated financial models to evaluate the profitability and risk of real estate investments.
• Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor economic social and regulatory changes that could impact the real estate portfolio.
• Collaborate with the asset management team to enhance property value and optimize investment returns.
• Manage due diligence processes including financial audits and property inspections.
• Support transaction execution including negotiation documentation and closing.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts within the team.
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of real estate trends technologies and best practices.
• Liaise with external partners such as brokers developers and legal professionals to gather insights and foster relationships.

• Bachelors degree in Finance Real Estate or related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment or financial analysis.
• Proficient in financial modeling especially in Excel and capable of handling complex valuation techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of real estate market dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detailoriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
