Salary Range: $130000 $180000 per year

The Senior Data Scientist is responsible for leading complex data analysis projects that have a direct impact on the companys strategy and operations. This role involves extracting insights from large datasets creating predictive models and developing algorithms that lead to actionable solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis statistical modeling and machine learning.

• Design and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
• Analyze large complex datasets to extract insights and inform company strategies.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business needs and deliver datadriven solutions.
• Lead the development and deployment of scalable algorithms and statistical models.
• Conduct A/B testing and other performance measures to improve the validity of data solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science and artificial intelligence.
• Mentor junior data scientists and engineers.
• Ensure data processing and analysis methods adhere to regulatory and ethical standards.
• Manage data science projects from inception to deployment ensuring timely delivery and highquality outcomes.

• Masters degree or Ph.D. in Data Science Computer Science Statistics or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a data science role with a proven track record of successful project completion.
• Expertise in machine learning predictive modeling and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency with data science tools and programming languages such as Python R SQL and Scala.
• Strong experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop Spark or Kafka.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing small teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
