Location:Remote
Duration:Long Term Contract
Must Have Skills
10 Yrs of Exp in project management
8 Yrs of Exp in managing ServiceNow projects.
10 Yrs of Exp in Employee Management Experience
10 Yrs of Exp in managing ServiceNow implementations with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM) modules.
10 Yrs of Exp in ichange management risk management and quality assurance processes within a project management framework
10 Yrs of Exp in Excellent leadership and teambuilding skills with the ability to inspire and motivate crossfunctional project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
Domain Experience (If any ) Telecom Domain Experience is must
Must have Certifications YesServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) CSM CISFSM.
Prior UST experience Y / NNo
