Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing CRM 365 solutions to meet business requirements
• Customizing CRM 365 to enhance user experience and maximize organizational efficiency
• Integrating CRM 365 with other systems and applications
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation and standards
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
• Performing troubleshooting and debugging to ensure the stability of CRM 365
• Conducting system performance tuning and optimization
• Participating in the full software development lifecycle including analysis design coding testing and implementation
• Providing technical support and training to endusers
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of CRM 365 functionalities and processes
• Staying updated with the latest CRM 365 developments and best practices
• Ensuring data security and compliance within the CRM 365 environment
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Participating in requirement analysis and solution architecture design
• Assisting in the evaluation and selection of CRM 365 thirdparty components and technologies

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• Proven experience in developing and customizing CRM 365 solutions
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C# JavaScript HTML and CSS
• Strong understanding of CRM 365 architecture and data model
• Experience in CRM 365 integration with thirdparty systems and applications
• Knowledge of troubleshooting and performance tuning in CRM 365
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Certification in CRM 365 development is a plus
• Experience in Agile software development methodologies
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Knowledge of data security and compliance within CRM 365
• Excellent documentation and technical writing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Uptodate with the latest CRM 365 trends and best practices
