Senior FX Sales


Fintech Rec Ltd recruits on behalf of some of the largest and most recognised brands within FX and Payments. An exciting opportunity has come up with one of the market leading FX brokers. They look to hire a candidate who has a minimum of 3 years Senior FX Sales experience who is able to sell FX options and structured products.


The Role:

To onboard new business customers for the corporate FX division selling FX & international payment services to businesses and institutions. You will also have a good understanding of other business units Partnerships Payment Solutions online platform Bank Private Wholesale Retail.

Key Responsibilities

Generating and closing quality new leads who require FX and International payment services.

Opening new corporate accounts Take the client through the sales cycle; account opening Know Your Customer (KYC) and compliance process.

Gaining appointments & attend meetings. Onboard a minimum of 3 new trading clients per month



Requirements

Knowledge and Experience:

Previous FX sales experience within an FX brokers (cold calling) essential

Relationship building with people at varying levels of seniority

Working within a multichannel environment e.g. telephone email face to face

Proven track record of working towards new business financial targets

Knowledge of the FX industry and products essential

B2B sales experience essential

CF30 registered (FCA Qualification) Ideally

60000 p/a Basic Salary (Salary is not capped our client will pay for the right level of experience)

Strong pricing and structuring capabilities. Entrepreneurial spirit and highly adaptable. Strong problem-solving skills, ability to navigate and simplify complex processes. Good knowledge of FX derivatives. Ability to multi-task and detail oriented. Excellent communication skills, foreign languages a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
