With a strong expertise in financial services and a strong desire for sales a Branch Banking Manager is required to oversee branch operations guarantee customer service and adhere to regulatory regulations.
Responsibilities:
- The company will provide leads and you have to follow up on them.
- Build and maintain a strong network of existing customers.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with other branches of the company.
- Convincing the customer about the benefits of having insurance.
- Assist partners in generating and tracking leads as well as closing sales.
- Help partners to upsell and crosssell to customers based on a needs analysis
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation Mandatory
- Min. 2 Yr of LI experience is mandatory
- should have a twowheeler
- The maximum age should be 37
