How do you contribute to the team

We seek a superdriven and eager colleague to take our efforts to the next level. You will be a strategic partner to the CFO and senior leadership team responsible for driving corporate initiatives managing key projects and facilitating effective communication and collaboration across the organisation.

Main tasks/responsibilities:

• Coordinatewith advisors legal finance and other relevant teams to execute the M&A transactions smoothly;
• Key stakeholder presentations and supporting analysis;
• Provide support for business decisions brought forward by leadership;
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the companys position and maximize shareholder value;
• Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities with other companies including joint ventures strategic alliances and licensing agreements;
• Analyse financial performance and forecast future financial outcomes. Identify financial risks (market risk credit risk and liquidity risk) and develop strategies to mitigate them;
• Identify potential acquisition targets or merger opportunities that align with the companys strategic goals. Overview of market trends competitive landscapes and industry dynamics to identify growth opportunities and potential threats;
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on market research and analysis.
  

We are likely to be a match if you:

• You are a selfstarter who is proactive handson curious and motivated. You want to go the extra mile. You get the job done!
• Experienced in stakeholder management and key partners of senior management by sparring based on analyses and research to assist in decisionmaking;
• 37 years of relevant experience in leadership roles dealing with due diligence or M&A processes in a fastpaced environment;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Expertise in Looker BI is an advantage;
• Strong leadership &analytical skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment;
• Masters degree in Econometrics Business Economics Business Analysis or an equivalent relevant study;
• Fluency in English both verbally and in writing. Dutch is a plus;
• Adaptable and able to work in a fastchanging environment you want to contribute to the growth of an ambitious scaleup.
