Warehouse Worker (Mail Machine Operator)

We are currently looking for a Warehouse Worker for one of our clients in the printing industry.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $16.50.
12month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
Ensure and Uphold High Levels of Customer Satisfaction.
Manually Insert Multiple Documents into Envelopes of Varying Sizes.
Determine output requirements machine setup check proofs (may include scanning and minimal document manipulation) run job remove output and deliver output.
Program Jobs into Insertion Equipment.
Document Job Records Complete Production Forms and Manage Records.
Conduct Maintenance and Repairs to Optimize Customer Downtime.
Perform Cleaning and Regular Maintenance of Equipment.
Manage Inventory Levels.
Move inventory supplies and materials.
What you will need to succeed:
High school degree or equivalent.
Post high school technology training or experience (preferred).
6 months to 1 year experience in a Customer Service environment.
Physically able to stand sit move squat walk and climb.
Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds.
Able to work in a fastpaced environment.
Highly organized and able to store items efficiently.
Experience with the following equipment & software would be an asset: W&D Insertion Equipment NeoPost/Quadient Mail Machine and Pitney Bowes Mail Machine.
Proficient in identifying production inconsistencies and quality issues.
Experience in a finishing environment including operating finishing/binding equipment.
Strong math skills including multiplication division and percentages.
Proficient in operating PC applications in a networked environment.
Effective listening understanding and communication skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to learn and follow directions.
Able to work independently.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.
