About the Role: General Manager Business Development

As the General Manager Business Development (Solar Ground Mount and Rooftop) at GRE Renew Enertech Private Limited you will be responsible for driving the business growth and expansion of solar ground mount and rooftop projects. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategic business development initiatives to maximize market opportunities and achieve revenue targets.

Functional Parameters:

  1. Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification:

Target: Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities for solar ground mount and rooftop projects aiming to expand market presence and achieve revenue growth targets.

  1. Customer Relationship Management:

Target: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers stakeholders and industry partners to enhance business prospects and secure new projects.

  1. Business Expansion Strategies:

Target: Develop and implement strategies to expand the solar ground mount and rooftop business including market penetration geographic expansion and product diversification.

  1. Lead Generation and Conversion:

Target: Generate highquality leads for solar ground mount and rooftop projects through targeted marketing campaigns networking and industry events aiming to achieve a conversion rate of at least 20%.

  1. Proposal Development and Presentation:

Target: Develop compelling project proposals and presentations for solar ground mount and rooftop projects showcasing the companys capabilities and value proposition to potential clients.

  1. Contract Negotiation and Closure:

Target: Lead contract negotiation processes with clients ensuring favourable terms and conditions while safeguarding company interests and achieving a closure rate of at least 80%.

  1. Project Management and Execution:

Target: Oversee the successful execution of solar ground mount and rooftop projects from inception to completion ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards.

  1. Team Leadership and Development:

Target: Lead and mentor the business development team providing guidance support and training to foster professional growth and enhance performance.

  1. Revenue Generation:

Target: Achieve revenue targets for solar ground mount and rooftop projects driving sales growth and maximising profitability for the company.

  1. Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis:

Target: Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and competitor activities related to solar ground mount and rooftop projects informing strategic decisionmaking and positioning.
